    Amen.

The one exception is for those Scots who can kilt out nicely. Otherwise it's Jeans and things like you stated.

With that said, Im already dead, a dinosaur. Our young ones will wear what little they can get away with without being arrested while enemies of the State cover themselves up beyond reason.

If you do the true comfort thing you will not have a stitch of clothing on including shoes, just think how the dot officer who want to do the inspection is going to deal with that? If they complain, get a fig leaf and cover up.

Ya know, I was not going to say much... but there are times I seek out certain clothing (Decent mind you, always decent and nice. My body is something no one should have to see because of the damage accumulated over the years...) that are very light so to speak against the chassis or skeleton itself.

I have learned to dress lightly by weight of material and still be righteous and decent overall in public because part of my issues is related to pain management against the muscles in the particular areas that have to carry the weight of the clothing.

I don't know how that person got a current medical card either.
I seen a person in worse condition than that about 5 years ago pull his truck right up to the door of the pilot truck stop, get out with an oxygen bottle and wheeled walker and go into the Arby's order a bunch of sandwiches and use the walker and oxygen bottle the whole time and get back in his truck and leave. Not making fun of his condition, but should not be driving a truck. one reason they cracked down on fictitious medical cards. Still see some people that are morbidly obese who have a hard time breathing climb out of trucks.

I have wondered the same thing. Seen this kind of thing several times.. We are all aware of potential for his heart to "explode" ... I put quotes around it because everyone knows what I mean. And... we are programmed (rightfully?) to understand that we should not disparage him because of his size.

Not knowing how (totally puzzled as to how) he obtained a medical card, and in my situation with a one year card due to blood pressure, I also wonder if this man should be driving a big rig. But here again we are programmed that we should not judge anyone on their appearance (when we know exactly what his condition can result in) and it makes ME wonder.

    • How dangerous he is to other motorists?
    • Are we too sensitive?
    • Are we so brainwashed that we turn off our inner voice so as not to be labeled as biased, knowing full well that he is a danger to himself and everyone else on the road?
    • Who am I to judge? After all I'm not a doctor -- right?
In my informed and ignorant opinion, he surely does not belong behind the wheel of a big rig, but he is and he doesn't care about anyone or anything else.

Sometimes I wonder just how far this grand experiment of NOT OFFENDING anyone will go?

And where in the truck does he put that ladder?
