So truck swerved with out looking? Bad move. Run over the 4 wheeler not the innocent driver in another lane...

I tell you every time there’s an accident involving a flatbed hauling pipe or I beams and the end result is the load going through the cab the first thing that pops into my mind is people getting impaled in Mortal Kombat on the pit stages.
Don’t ask me why, it just does.
Lepton1 and Sirscrapntruckalot Thank this. -
If only drivers understood they have a size difference between themselves and cars.
Being a flatbed driver you don't do any type of drastic evasive steering changes. Car drivers Learn everyday, thanks to dash cams drivers are being redeemed. Finally citation for the car.Bud A., JonJon78, Lepton1 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Baloney. The copper truck ran into the back of the flatbed on what looks like the shoulder. Dash cam would solve this mystery, Sherlock.

We had a one ton pickup with a rack carrying rebar in a circular chute made for PVC I suppose. He slammed on his brakes and the rebar went through the back window and missed the driver by inches.

@"semi" retired I hope your Sherlock Comment wasnt ment for my post.
If you look at the pictures better you will see solid white lines on both sides of the copper truck. Maybe next time you will be more observant Holmes.snowman_w900 and IluvCATS Thank this. -

From my analysis as an amateur TTR detective, I would say one of them swerved causing a side impact. Looking at the way the windshield frame is crunches down on the passenger side. If it were a direct rear end collision one would assume the damage would be different. But I’m no Sherlock Holmes. Not even Watson.
snowman_w900 Thanks this.
