Depends on which truck it's been. Usually, just "truck". For some, I've had some very unflattering names for them, most of which will show up as a series of #s if I type them out here.

It's an International,sort of a bottom of the barrel truck. It's not like a Pro Star but a Poo Star. I want to get decals made for it.

I call mine "Paid For", but the name Momma gave it is Stranger.

Tractor and trailer respectively. Hooked together, I refer to it as my rig. When applicable, twin 48' trailers is called "wiggle wagon" with the second trailer being referred to as the kite.
I shop online for pricing but a couple of good chrome shops come to mind. The stuff at the truckstops is okay in a pinch, but it's generic and cheap. -
