Drivers, what do you think of your fleet maintenance?

I'm doing some research into buying a truck, and looking at some of the former Gordon trucks for sale at the Freightliner dealer in Pacific. I'd like to get an aero that's been fleet maintained, but of course some fleets actually take care of their trucks while others use baling wire and bubble gum to just barely keep them running.

My question is, how good is Gordon's maintenance program? Do they get all the appropriate maintenance at the right intervals, or do they let stuff slide until it breaks? If you were buying, would you consider a former Gordon truck?

Gordon is very good with maintenance. But keep in mind that they're trading in those columbias for a reason, because they are becoming more costly to maintain. I really don't think that highly of those detroits because every single one of them leaks oil, and I think VFI has them a little overpriced for what you are getting.
