Drivers with pain? How do you manage your pain?

    I weighed 200 pounds. I started working out, limiting how much I ate and eliminated sugar soda (I didn't switch to diet, rather water and coffee). I lost 40 pounds and my knees no longer hurt.

    I always use Aleve, it does the trick and I never get stomach aches from it. Ibuprofen is a no go for me, and Tylenol makes me drowsy. I go also to a chiropractor once a month that helps me alot with back pain and neck pain.

    I do YouTube yoga. For the streaching about 4 times a week. If I get lazy I can really tell. The streaching makes a huge difference for me.
