Driving a truck on the snow

    X1Heavy was spot on with the wind. I never before had seen fog, sustain in the wind. Usually expect wind to blow the fog apart. It didn't . Yes, it was about 18 degrees out. Not real cold. I imagine that most people see the picture I posted. They don't realize that the ice built up on the upside wind of that antenna.
    I had no problem on gravel that day. But on pavement? Forget it! Was a complete sucker bet.

    Ice fog is the worst. Perfect day, dry lanes, highway speeds. Run through the fog and only realize that youare in trouble when the wipers have tocut throught the sudden layerr oif ice on the window.
