Driving jobs with LEAST amount of hometime

Find a team mate, you can really make some cash
Wont have to deal with small runs.

 

Im burnt out..need to hit the tavern, for some strange.

 

Been doing exactly that for nearly last 4yrs, since retiring from last job. First two years, took off 3 days....only because a cousin got married. Maybe two more weeks combined, since. All by choice. I AM at home & completely happy OTR. Cannot see myself doing anything else.

Think I'm one of the only guys that company actually asked ME earlier on, if I was ever going to get out of the truck! LOL. They now know I'm happy & will cry wolf if ever needed.

Bonus to that? I more than double average driver income while doing what I love. No rent, no obligations, no bills to speak of. Since I'm out so long, when/if I do want off, I can write my own ticket whenever or however long I want. Need a month or two off? .....I just need to make a call. Just have not had that desire, yet. (Going to HI & possibly AK next month, though).

As stated previously here.....you sir, are any OTR companies dream. They will be licking their chops over you, once you prove your self capable & responsible. Extremely small minority desire, or are willing to stay out really long extended periods.

I talked to a driver one time that had lived in the truck for 9 years and said he plans to stay there until he retires. He has tons of money saved.

 

And potentially one rough day away from being 51-50'd or blue slipped - forcibly admitted to a psych-ward..... but what do I know. (note: there is no question mark at the end of what you'd presume is a question.)
