Hello Everyone.
I finished up my 34 hour reset here in lovely Nitro, WV. I'm waiting on dispatch to get me moving. I have 1,324 miles in the bank so far, so the potential is there for a good week. Location often dictates your next load. I have been in touch with dispatch and they have nothing for me yet.
So, I guess I'll just sit back and enjoy the scenery.
Speaking of which, there's a big smoke stack to my right spewing out billowing clouds of..........stuff. It never gets very high in the air before falling back to earth. Now that the truck next to me is gone, it appears to be a nuclear power plant.
That might explain the birds.
Hope to be rolling soon. At least my coffee stays nice and warm.......................Maybe that's not a good thing.
