Driving School for Con-Way

to be honest with you, i am not familiar with Con-Way having ANY schools. now, from what i am saying, Con-Way Freight the LTL company. maybe Con-Way Truckload....might be what YOU speak of..????

Con-way Truckload has a partial-pay school set up with Crowder College not far from their Joplin,Missouri Terminal.

 

If you're talking about the freight division, I think that any kind of program is strictly on a terminal by terminal basis. The terminal I ran from here in Mass. had what they called an apprentice program. You start on the dock and worked on your cdl on your own time. They happened to have a personel manager who also ran his own driving school on the side. I didn't go through it, but I know several who did. However, I don't know of any other terminals in my area that had a similar program. Best to call any terminals in your area and see if they have anything like this.
