    here is the update :
1 of the inspections been removed instantly
another was not and here is the response from dataQ :
Your request has been reviewed and it was determined the inspection report contains the correct carrier information and will not be updated. The inspecting officer was able to contact the driver, Shamil Akhmedov, who confirmed he was working for XXXcompany at the time of the inspection. According to Mr. Akhmedov, he had a lease agreement and vehicle markings provided by XXXcompany in exchange for 10% of the revenue from the truck. After this inspection the lease was terminated by XXXcompany because it would affect their insurance. Based on the information provided by the driver the correct carrier was identified by the inspecting officer.
first of all I'm surprised inspecting officer had contact information for the driver ...
    i reopened the dispute :(
asking to provide any documentation or proof : agreement , order confirmation , paystub , insurance copy with equipment listed :(
inspection happened in WI , will try to call WI state police with request to file police report on stolen US DOT number , illinois state police refused to do it
i also faxed circuit court request to reopen the case on this matter

    TallJoe and gokiddogo Thank this.

    WTF?
So if a thief robs a bank (or you) they contact the thief to tell them that he did not do it and the case is closed?
    I don't get it.

How hard is it to edit a lease agreement anyway? If I were to pull off something like that, I'd type one in MS Word too. The sign on the door is no problem either. They just refused to work with you. A lawyer is the best remedy at this point. I could not stand it...just saying. I'd lose money but would not let him get away with that. They can't just steal someone's DOT!
