The inspecting officer was able to contact the driver, Shamil Akhmedov, who confirmed he was working for XXXcompany at the time of the inspection. According to Mr. Akhmedov, he had a lease agreement and vehicle markings provided by XXXcompany in exchange for 10% of the revenue from the truck. After this inspection the lease was terminated by XXXcompany because it would affect their insurance. Based on the information provided by the driver the correct carrier was identified by the inspecting officer.
first of all I'm surprised inspecting officer had contact information for the driver ...
i reopened the dispute![]()
asking to provide any documentation or proof : agreement , order confirmation , paystub , insurance copy with equipment listed![]()
inspection happened in WI , will try to call WI state police with request to file police report on stolen US DOT number , illinois state police refused to do it
i also faxed circuit court request to reopen the case on this matter
