I commend your ethics. But if the trailer wasn't booked as "Exclusive Use", then there was nothing illegal about it. On the other hand, if for some reason the end customer asked me if there had been other product in the trailer, I would not have lied to them.

Then you say they did reload the trailer and put the seal on it AFTER they picked it up from shipper?!? WTH does “the company was not a LTL they were ft.” mean? Companies may focus on LTL or TL business but an LTL company can and will do TL business and a TL company can and will do LTL business. Unless that broker required exclusive use you’re still making a very confusing mountain out of a very confusing mile hillAlbertaflatbed Thanks this. -
