Well my trainer says I'm good to go, we just have to get me carded for the racks we go to, until then I'll be with my trainer. Should be carded for all the racks and be on my own by Thursday. I'll work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday on day shift then be off Sunday and Monday then transfer to nights, 5pm-5am.

Interesting schedule. It will be many years before I get a schedule that doesn't include a weekend day, let alone both days!

I hear ya man, yeah weekends are usually our busy days. Though my trainer has saturdays and sundays off since he only works 5 days a week. I wanna work 6 days, make a little more money since I wont be making as much as he is haha.

Yeah we reset our logs. We run logs since we run about a 300 mile radius

I can't stress enough, when you make a mistake, call it in immediately, don't try and cover it up, or lie to your manager, or make excuses. They hate that and will fire you in a heartbeat if they find out. Be honest, apologize, and move forward. Take your time, double check your routines, and drive defensively. Before leaving the rack, ALWAYS check your mirrors, and don't run over any hoses! Good luck.

PS Since you are working nights, invest in a good LED flashlight, and also one that straps to your head.
