    What gets put on this? My job made me get a account and i was wondering what goes on it? Failed drug tests? Failed pre-employement tests? I just been very curious for the last couple of weeks.

    The previous comment linked to the FMCSA website on this topic. I won't try to copy that. In summary, it is basically a positive on the 5 panel DOT test and once the MRO has determined it is legit will enter your information on it. Part 391 MANDATES any carrier to check that clearinghouse before they hire you. This is one database you DO NOT want to be on.
