    I know....that's why I suggested the expungement. I only explained a possible reason as to why he's having issues.

    If he was driving. It's on mvr and there's no way to erase that.

    That's lifetime.

    I'm under the impression it's a criminal matter. Even so, I don't think MVRs go back past ten years.

    you can get that for the same cost as 3 and 10 years.

    What states go back lifetime? I can only find NY. Also, no employer will ever go back lifetime even it was available in all states.

    I was told at dmv employers go back 10 years. I got my lifetime. I think when I renewed my license 3 years ago.

    All I got on google was new York and California.

    I found Florida does too. It seems some other states will claim it's a "full" record but they don't state how far back it goes. I see 3 and 10 years being to most common from my limited research.
