If you want to drive a CMV you must be clean on a drug test. No amount of arguing the point will change that, unless an impairment test is approved. As of now there is no legal way to test for THC impairment. -

They are drinking for the taste, or whatever the drink adds to the meal.
The ONLY reason to smoke pot is for its intoxicating effects. -

I choose to say this to wrap that up for him. I am lawful disabled through honest and rightest wear and tear on my body and it's systems from 3 decades of trucking, much of which is old iron, no air ride etc. The drugs to me are a mercy in my last days however long God decides it will be.
I do not use illegal drugs. I had a taste of some early in life and found many of them like Pot not to be my flavor. Some of the friends who insisted in school to follow that life style does not have a place in my life since that time. I miss them, but as a Class A driver back in them days I required friends in my world not to do any drugs because I plan on being in Cincy by 9 am next am and don't need the stuff to screw me up or get jammed with the Law etc.
I have fought a righteous battle against dependancy and can understand why people who are not as tough will slide into addiction and beyond. Arkansas Jails are groaning with the sick who must withdrawal cold turkey and they will be sick for months if not years. I have always felt that there is a good way to do treating people for dependance through my recent experience in Medical Detox for one week plus two other weeks worth of non drug related testing various problems in my body that will probably kill me someday. But not just yet.
After the detox I had to decide what my future holds. Do I stay clean and live a bad life unable to get up? Or do I take a little bit under contract to stay within the dose limitations as needed each day and be fully functional? Or do I give up the medical people entirely, turn my back on everything and sink it all on the street doing illegal drugs for the last whoohaw before death or jail?
I chose the contract. At some point in the future that will turn into Hospice when it's time. But not until Im #### well good and ready to cross the rubicon for the enternal morning promised to all of us sinners when we are saved.
It's ok to tease me about being a druggie, but understand this. I am #### glad I am not trucking what with the damage my body has sustained and what the powerful medicines would do to my mind and nerves on bad days making that 40 ton vehicle a murder mass weapon.
But I do miss it and will always do.W9onTime Thanks this. -
