My employer doesn’t allow personal dash cams. As they say, a driver doesn’t want to set themselves up for litigation with their own personal video footage. Best to just stay out of all that.

Companies mostly won;t give drivers a copy of their cameras video if needed after a accident or ticket. Lawyers are concerned that the driver might post it on an web site, like this one. That's why I run my own camera.Another Canadian driver, tscottme, ducnut and 1 other person Thank this. -
