Just going to change names and get a new license. Why do you think rates are so low. The illegals will take the easiest jobs to exploit. Used to be the chicken plants and still is somewhat they just had to get better “paperwork”. Cdl’s are easy to get, they just make some up and away they go.

 

Deport foreign drivers that have even one serious infraction.
