I am looking for an air ride dry van for around $3500. I am sure the fleets sell em , I just don't want a pumpkin colored trailer or the auctions where you have to leave a $5000-10000 cash deposit to get a buyer's #

You're most likely going to have to spend a little more money to get decent trailer. I mean you could find a cheap one, but it may be old. Many shippers want trailers 10 years or younger. Nonetheless, go to Craigslist, or check the classifieds on here. I would also suggest going to the truck stop and getting one of those classified papers.

Many brokers and not the most . Been at this 10 yrs . You can still make money with a 20
yr old air ride 53ft trailer

Henry, do you really expect a good working trailer for this price or are you planning to put more money into it and refurbish?

Folks, I have had 3 trailers in my lifetime . I can access what's needed and what it's going to cost to make my decision . I can change air bags , slacks and I have a cheap
welder . But I am not paying no one $4000 for a rusted trailer that needs 15 cross members . I hope you got the point

Friend of mine bought one at a farm auction. The farmer had used it as a storage trailer. I was really surprised how good it looked after he cleaned the mildew off. Looked almost new on the outside. Can't remember how much he paid; maybe $1200.00

That's a needle in a haystack . When they say storage and you needed an OTR , just keep looking

I saw some in Nc on Craigslist from $4500 and up. If you search different major cities you’ll see what areas have lower prices.

He used it for OTR; maybe he lucked out.
He put 8 used, legal tires on it and a few other minor things.
I know the guy; he's a tightwad with his money, but he somehow made it work for him and was running all over the country.

I got one sitting on the farm and I will sell you for that price but I have no idea about anything on it. When I bought the farm it came with it but I walked in it and there was no soft spots to me
