    And when he falls to the ground? That is the point. Once the threat is eliminated, fire should cease. Beyond that, if you don't have a sight picture, don't pull the trigger. Particularly when the suspect is turned away from you.

    Both links talk about the importance of fire discipline.

    Shooting while running is difficult. I shoot moving at the range. If I could do 2/3rds hitting target, while running I would be bragging about it.... and yes 60 rounds seems like a lot.
