Good info. Thanks. ??? I have 1 dui in 1992 90 days susp. And one in 1996 1 year susp. Do i have to list this on new job apps?

 

Check your MVR ..... If it's on there, contact your dmv and tell them you want your MVR "purged to get rid of some old violations still on there"

 

Its not on the DMV driver history report. I think it only goes back 10 years. A past employer use Hire Right back ground check, It didnt show up. I just used US Search and it didnt show. Im wondering who theses companys use? Thanks

 

Hireright ....... The only place it still shows up on is your RAP sheet.... If you get them sealed.... You could legally say "no" when asked about DUI.... And you can go to the DOJ website and order your self a rap sheet

 

sure if you dont want the job. if its not on your mvr i wouldnt put it on. its interesting to see who keeps on posting stuff on this subject. dont get me wrong some of its a good read and some is scolding snooze. im sure the folks who do that stuff know its bad.

If your not sure, go down and pick up a 10 yr. print out for 5 bucks and check it out. If it's still on then ask them for the right number to call while your still at the window.

Otherwise they'll just leave it on there.

 

I fell sorry if you do drugs and drive big trucks , its too risky and dangerous and expensive if you get cought.....

 

I got my first (dui) in 2010 but got it ruduced in 2011 to a reckless driving... Will anybody hire me with that on my mvr class a licsence ? ? ?
