i have 2 , in the same month allmost, in 94...that is killing me finding a job...is there a way i could get one removed, so the trucking companys don,t know about it...and see just one on my reports.?

NOPE! they're on the record and will be there till your death certificate gets to the DMV! The only good thing is they are over 16 years old so they might not really matter to the insurance companies. I've been seeing want ads saying no DUI's in last 5 years but most are saying 10. I did a little recruiting at the first of the year (didn't get paid so I quit that job in a hurry!) that would take you if it was at least 10 years ago so you just might be ok.

I was watching Judge Matthews on TV. He had a criminal background and had the records expunged before going to law school. He said most people don't know it but you can have your records sealed so it's not public record.

I'm not sure the details but I think he said you can only do it once in your life. So make it a good one! :biggrin_25523:

You can do a google search on clearing your record. I would use a local lawyer and not something on the internet.

Here's one thing I found for AZ. There's a statute for it, so you might have a chance.

Forget that idea. After further reading you can set aside misdemeanors, class C felonies if it's been 10 years. But traffic violations like DUI you can't.

If it's been that long ago.............

You are providing TOO much information !!!!!

There are folks driving trucks with 2-3 DWI convictions, from years past.

    Seek the smaller outfits.......
