dui question

    i have one dui in 2003 and i went to alcohol classes charges dismissed, then i got another one in 2005 and was convicted of class c misdemeanor, would any company hire me?my mvr is clean with no points right now. Looking to get started trucking if possible

    Most carriers will look past one DUI older than 5 years, but the fact that you got a second one sends up all kinds of red flags, and I don't know of too many that would want to take a chance on a repeat offender.

    You get the point??? Because after all where are you going to go if you quit them???

    Work at McDonalds??


    I wouldn't waste the money on school unless you get some prehires. Even then thats not set in stone!!

    k sorry for askin, i did get the first dui dismissed in court but i guess that doesnt matter, its technically my first and i went down to my police dept to find that information out but thanks
