Insurance, that company, LOL. Plus they're paying $.15 a mile and will have all those driver taking the job because they can't drive anywhere else. Oh, and you don't have to speak English either.

Not necessarily. I know a company that what the OP stated would be requirements rather than considered and they've been around since the late 80's. A federal probation officer could of stationed himself at the terminal with plenty of work. They are a different group for sure, but actually did quite well until a son took over and destroyed their reputation with brokers.

Well there are the good the bad and the ugly when it comes to trucking outfits. The last one will take anyone with a heartbeat, and a pulse. Then they wonder why we get all these new wonderful rules we have to follow.

    Devils Advocate again:

Everyone has bashed it BUT let's be real here; just because someone makes a mistake earlier in life we should continue to punish them forever??? I'm glad to see TTR is filled with such stand up people!! Why didnt the OP post the WHOLE link so we could see the ad for ourself?? It could be a company that has decent pay, benefits, and equipment; they could just be willing to give someone a 2nd chance.

A mistake is just that, A MISTAKE!! However, if there is history of repeat violations then that person doesnt care about helping their self!!

So does CRST and Trans Am...lol Garbage companies now using a garbage ad site. Their ads are even more comical..They promise 67,000 the first year for new drivers..new equipment, great home time..well with trans am i can believe that judging from what I've seen and heard about them,,:biggrin_2559: Major carrier, major mistakes those two,,lol
