    Well I got fed up with the lack of intelligence of werner night and dispatch so why not a whole thread for their lack of intelligence.

    1. You can take the nj parkway to Newark to go the shipper its faster.(I was running almost late for a pick up.)
    2. Based on my experience..... I bursted out laughing didn't let him finished hanged up

    all night and weekend dispatchers are useless no matter what company they are employed by. Last week i messaged in that i couldn't get the load there on time
    i had told night dispatch that when they gave it to me night b4 craig says no problem he changed delivery time to 7 am. Got there found out recieving hours are 9 pm to 4 am so u know i sat till 9 pm next night. They wanted to give me a late ticket on my record i said u better look at all the messages since i took this load never heard another word
    Exit 142 GSP would get you there quicker LOL

    a trainer told me the same thing today. he told me night dispatch gave him a load from NY to Cali and the ETA was 24 hours from the time he pick up the trailer....
