how big is a 3 ton truck ?
I sometimes drive a bobtail, sometimes a 28', 48'... but I don't know if my bobtail is more or less than 3 tons. I'm ignorant when it comes to that kind of weight

My brothers ex girlfriend was more than 3 tons.
1 ton = 2000lbs. Most conventional bobtails are between 18000lbs and 24000lbs. That's 9 to 12 tons.Dye Guardian, Grijon, CaptainDaveG and 3 others Thank this. -

3 ton usually means that is what the truck will carry for maximum load.
