Dump Truck Biz in Cali?

Well, I just transferred my dump box to my "new" 2008 Pete in case they ever do enforce this stupid CARB law. Even though I live in Nevada, probably 80% of my work is in Kalifornia. I spend most of the summer working around Lake Tahoe. They better enforce this or I will be pissed. I've seen that they've extended it for 6 months if you can prove to the authorities you are in the process of getting a CARB compliant truck. I know OIIDA filed a lawsuit last December, so who knows?

 

I think the OOIDA lawsuit may do something for interstate frieght but nothing for working inside CA
