    I’ve driven transfer dumps that were 8 speed, 13, 15, and 18. I’ve never really seen a 10 speed dump truck to be honest.

    Drove a brand new Mack in 82'(man I've been doing this $#!+ a long time) 2 stick compound trans,5 on the main hi-lo and reverse on the auxiliary, that's a 10. More recently drove a Granite(Mack) triaxle had an Eaton 10, that was an easy truck to drive and was fairly comfy for a Mack, think it was the airride cab.
