Because those states are ran by left wingers who don't believe in the due process of law. It's supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, not guilty until proven innocent.

    Hardly.

    Look at the law.

You are found to be driving under the influence and blow over the legal limit. DUH. You are guilty at that point.

Well DUH, blow over the limit and you're intoxicated.

We don't know if the OP blew over the limit or not, do we?

I'm referring to the OP. His case was dismissed, yet the arrest and charge is still on his criminal record. Hence my comment.

It is in the law for the State of Missouri. Even in most states, you get pulled for a dui and the license is surrendered at that time. It is on your record from that point on. Guilty or not.

So the cops are judge and jury. I hope nobody here is defending that Naziism. I had an uncle that died fighting against that mentality.

Not defending it. But, read the law.

You might look at things differently if you lost a family member to a drunk driver also.

Guilty or innocent doesn't matter as long as I get my pound of flesh right?

There is a DUI case before the local courts right now. The non drinker was killed. Testimony has revealed that the cops denied the phone call for hours, then they hung up the phone while the driver was talking to the lawyer. Cops left witness testimony out of the report that said the dead driver crossed the center line.

IMO, there "should" be no record if not proven guilty.
