I am think in to get a CDL class A but i got a DWI in 2012 does any company hire drivers with DWI ? That's all I have in my record no point etc.

As far as I know you need to wait at least 5 years after your DWI. Could vary by carrier I guess. Some want you to wait 7 years. Maybe @Chinatown- our resident placement guru- knows of something?
This industry and the folks that insure it don't like DWIs at all. -

I was looking today and that will never come out from the record will be there until I move from NY. Some people say that stay for 10 years but others say 25 years.

i am not entirely sure of this, however. be careful what "some people say"...you NEED absolute proof from the DMV at your state, and your NEW state -
They will follow you, even if they are old. They followed friend of mine from CO to WI to FL to OH. Both of his were 8 yr plus old at the time.
Also, a DWI can prohibit you from driving into Canada without a special permit from them.BrazucaNY Thanks this. -
