    4 years is probably too recent... Usually it's 7 to 10

    Just the wording... Different jurisdictions use one or the other

    Driving While Intoxicated
    Driving Under the Influence

    Same thing.

    Blackshack46 Thanks this.

    DUI = Drivng Under the Influence
    DWI = Driving While Impaired
    Based on each States definition of the alcohol level for each.

    And then you go to Cali and it's called wet something.... Like that post awhile ago about the driver getting charged with "wet...something"

    That's a reduced plea they use out there... Wet Reckless.

    Dry Reckless I believe is just your normal run of the mill reckless, Wet is when it involves alcohol.

    I'm guessing that's a 'we don't want you in jail, just a bunch of your greenbacks' thing. Kind of like 'Safety Corridors' and 20 mile work zones with nobody in them working.

    Hey again, thanks for the reply but shortly after posting my message on this page I called progressive and they said they can insure me and my cargo for $5247.00\yr which works out to roughly $450.00\month. That includes $100,000 coverage on cargo. So my question is, is 100,000 enough or should I have gotten more coverage or less on cargo which everything else such as my truck and etc I got a little above state minimum. Also another quick question anyone know if NY is a good state to haul? From the research i did doesnt seem bad how mjch can i make any advice? I live in the tri state area so i am surrounded by New jersey, Connecticut, Penssylvania, and i am willing to go as far as maryland. Again thanks in advance for any help
