They have a facility just up the road from me, and their trucks are some of the FEW haz-mat haulers who make a complete stop at the rail crossing here by the house.....not a "rolling" stop like a lot of placarded freight haulers...not a "turn on the 4-ways and slow down a little" like the fuel haulers...I'm talking come to a full stop somewhere between 15 and 50 feet before they reach the rail crossing, just like the regulations state they are supposed to do. I have NEVER seen a Dyno Nobel truck NOT come to a complete & legal stop...and I find that rather impressive. It speaks volumes for the quality of their drivers they hire...and that being the case, it doesn't surprise me the least bit to hear that they take care of their drivers.

A friend of a friend drives for them out of Barry IL. I hear he loves his job. Next time I run into his wife I will ask her about the experience required.
