I've experienced this with 2 different companies, using 2 different e-log systems.
I'm driving along and check my elogs. The elogs are completely different than how I really logged them, earlier that day. According to the fictional elog, I shouldn't be driving, and I'm out of hours, and I didn't do a pretrip... This sort of thing has only happened to me after I did something the dispatcher didn't like. Surely it must have happened to others. Comments?

Sorry, but my company still uses the blackboard and chalk method.
###### chalk board is so big too. -
I still use a yellow legal tablet and a big chief pencil.

Bob The Dinosaur Thanks this. -
When I drove for Wiener, I can think of a few times that I "miraculously" received enough driving hours to make my delivery.
I've also lost signal on a Qualcomm and subsequently drove from Medford, OR to Santa Nella, CA in 2.5 hrs...at least according to the Qualcomm. Really funny thing was that the Log Dept wouldn't fix the error.
My current company is using WebTech and I haven't seen any abnormalities yet, but then we have an honest Safety/Log Dept. -
WOW, imagine all the cross country trips you could make in a week..!!
only 2.5 hours each way????

The joys of elogs.I always had trouble at Werner.I get violation after violation. Can't even begin to tell you how many.Log dept knew,I never got called in.They just fixed it.But yet soon all companies will be going to elogs and many drivers will be losing hrs, getting blamed for false logs and you did nothing wrong.

Fortunately I am retiring. I don't have to mess with that garbage. You can still find O/O's to drive for. It doesn't look like small companies are going to be saddled with elogs any time too soon.

Tired of the game huh?Smart move.I'm at the point with my next job I don't care if its trucking or not as long as it pays the bills.Wed im off so im applying wherever.

Well I've been in this mess for almost 40 years. I still LOVE to travel. I love to drive. I'm sick of no driving idiots, dispatchers who think there are 36 hours in a day, and shippers and receivers who think you have nowhere else to go any time soon. I'm especially sick of dispatchers who sit you for 2 days waiting for a load and refuse to pay you for any of it.
It's just NOT fun any more....

Anytime a correction is made on our elogs that graph turns red and sends you a message on who did it.
