I think the only guys that will have a real edge on the big company competition are o/o with pre 2k trucks pulling bull wagons... Livestock brokers don't want that truck to stop until those critters are offloaded. And I think livestock haulers are exempt from the 30 min break... Haven't heard what the final decision was on that yet.
