Mine is the same way, and we have been using a lot of CH, I've been trying to run loads I can drop in 1-2 days, and for now, he does a better job at finding loads with money, but he is letting flex my 'book my own' muscles right now.

My Lone Star was getting 8.9 in the month of May, a little bit of a dog on the hills, but it's all good.

Yeah I don't think I'm going to see my reefer either, they did get a bunch of new flats this week, I was at the office Monday getting my plates, as my temps had expired.

Been running flatbed out of Knoxville since 4/27/15. All I can say about it is get ready to go broke. Inexperienced company that does not earn their 25%. Never answer their #### phones when you really need them to approve loads, then you lose the load. Good luck to you all!!!

I even tried to talk to the General Manager about the screwed up way things are done. His only comment was "Why don't you just turn your truck in". I then began raising hell over his comment and he hung up on me.

I talked to the president of eagle one time wonder if it was the same guy? White maybe 40ish a little chubby uses hair gel and clean shaven blonde guy? I got the same arrogant attitude when I told him I would be happy to give him some input from a drivers point of view ....he excused himself and shoved me off to someone else.....arrogant is the best word I can think of about him.....

My DM and I talk almost exclusively on the qual. because he doesn't answer his phone at times.

I've discouraged some of my friends from coming to Eagle, and told them that my last company, R/M or Bruenger would be a better choice for leasing, money is a lot better, and you can run the West Coast as much as you want, at least there you can talk to your DM on the phone, which is what R/M prefers.
