The trucks literally go as fast as they roll in.

The orientation is at your own pace, for watching the videos. Once you've completed them you'll wait for your paperwork to be completed and reviewed by Eagle. I came in on Wednesday, finished my videos Thursday, and am waiting for my file to be approved.

Every day at 8am and 3pm, they print a new list of available trucks.

There are many drivers waiting for those lists. I did not wait. After lunch on day 2, Thursday, I went to Quality. A new truck had just become available. I snagged it. A company had ordered headache racks for 8 new trucks. Their drivers signed up for them. The company only drives black. These trucks were red and white. I'm going over there today to check out the truck I snagged.

There is a long list of used trucks. I am not a mechanic. New is the way for me. Just my situation.

The trucks are as old as 09. They include several Freightliners and Internationals. Some have headache racks and thus are for flatbed only. They have trucks at other Quality locations in the U.S. They WILL offer to send you to one of those locations to get your truck.

There are companies other than Eagle waiting for trucks. Some trucks on the lot are not available to us. They are delegated to those other companies.

Eagle has determined that the only new trucks, 15 & 16, are the ProStar and LoneStar.

If you get a hotel room, you will not have a roommate. If there is no room in the dorm, you'll get a hotel room. Once you pick a truck, Quality will give you a hotel voucher. They have a Quality Inn shuttle that frequents the leasing offices at QualityCo. I have not had to stay in the dorm. They have a cafeteria that feeds us during the week. My recruiter said he is going over there so I believe so.

From what I've read,nobody there after 5 or weekends.

 

This weekend will be the last weekend without 24/7 coverage I believe. Starting next weekend, someone will be in the office both days as well as another person during the night.

 

If you need help during the night, call the Indianapolis Office number and the night guy (his name is Aaron) can help you from 6 PM to 6 AM

 

yeah roc,I wouldn't wait either,just gimme a dang truck and let me get the heck outta dodge!!
