I was a company driver for swift for 2 years then a mileage based lease op for them for little over 4 years...mileage based lease....way different then this type of trucking,lol....I been with eagle for close to three months now and can only say I'm doing ok....but think I can do lots better...but it's an adjustment for sure.....

Look I appreciate that...but as a newer trucking company we just get offered crappy and low rates.....so that does make it hard....very...but at least I'm profitable usually....

 

as for me driving 23 years with eagle not that long however if you come here and you will have to learn how things are done as monkey say a lot of them that come only wants a new truck and when they don't make no then you hear them so and so did not pay me for this take out there this dat on the other run hard as hard as you can but run smart driver do as monkey is telling you take the time on read it I did for a long time then I follow it can you make money yes how can you make it is up to you there not going to babysit you are any one don't forget you are your boss so thy say right so as a business man are woman if you take the time and learn there system you can then say I don't like to go will only there but at end of the you have to come here with your own will power to get out of the truck stop and work pass the chrome shop look the other way from the lizard don't park your truck in vip lot at the ta so everyone can see it that is not the place for that hope I answer your question you can make it if you want it.

 

well, I would say take a minute and go thru a the load board and find a few brokers that got freight running in the areas in which u like to run. make contact with them and make a point of contact, if rates are good and they have frequent freight, have them to make move to have them approved with Eagle.
Then u will have a group of brokers that u can deal with on a regular. then preplan ur runs, always line ur next one ahead. Keep in mind also, u don't always have to run long to to make money. u can't run 4 short and make more than 1 long.

the company MC# might be new, but a lot of brokers like situations like that because they know what ur apart of, so if they can build relationship with u and u do them right, then they will do u right,

Omg am out of this you are type of driver that lose is shirt and keep going because your millis trucking tell you that's the way to go we are here come pair notes and make a better life for our famly if you know so much why you here go start you own page and give advice there
