Anyone can be part of the agents program, but it's less about being a driver and more about managing your own small fleet.

After you get more than five trucks, you're required to get out of the truck and start managing full time.

If you're interested, you can ask your OM to look into it for you.

There was some time a couple months ago when they suspended the agent program to get some kinks worked out, but as far as I'm aware, the program is back up and running and has been for a little bit.

No, brokers and agents aren't the same thing. It's possible someone misused a term on the website or something, but brokers are the people we get some of our freight from and agents are Drivers that are operating their own small fleets.
