Earl C Clements Job Corps, has anyone recieved their CDL through them.

I was browsing the net and came across someone who recently received their cdl through Job Corps in Kentucky. I think he's living in the Washington State Area but can't land a job. I'm thinking about attending job corps to get my license myself. It took this guy 8 months to get his license but after talking to admissions I was told I could have it done in 4. My question is, Is Job Corps Criteria or training is nationally accredited or will I have a hard time findinga job. My home domain will be Baltimore or Arizona. I'm also looking into taking up diesel mechanic while I'm there. If I take up these two trades what kinda job maybe possible for me when I'm done training? Should I still go OTR?
