With one year or less experience, they start at 38 cents a mile. As Bumper said, they pull Prime's freight and trailers but have their own trucks, Freightliner Cascadias and KW T660s. The KWs and some of the older Cascadias have APUs. The newer ones do not. They have bunk heaters and will idle below 20 and above 70. You can have a 1500W inverter, but the shop must install it.

They are also a Prime Advantage partner = they lease there trucks through prime so it is nice equipment. They are in illinois so if you are from Illinois you wont have to worry about your license not transferring

I plan on starting with them after Thanksgiving. Once you go solo, you get 28cpm with raises every 90 days to 29, 30, 32, and then 34 after your first year. Go over the road or dedicated on a route through Kingman, but the truck stays in Kingman, AZ if you go that route. OTR lets you take the truck home. Trucks are Cascadias with some KW 660s coming in. 12-14 days out with 2 days home although you can adjust and stay out longer and get more time at home. Generally works out to 1 day home per week out.

To take a pet, you pay a $300 non-refundable deposit. Your vacation essentially is that after 1 yr, they give you an extra $500 rather than a set amount of paid time off. All of their trucks have APUs and there is no idle policy. Whatever idling happens on account of driving, happens. At night you shut the truck down and use the APU. I'm looking forward to start training with them.
