E Box is a Electronic Log, & Fat Boy Mike doesn't only get fat when he eats, his back pocket also gets fat when you lease a truck from him. This company I hear from drivers is still as bad as they come, they are still sitting trucks around all over, take a look always 8 to 10 behind the Salem Inn on the weekends & more sitting in the Wal-Mart parking lot. So I guess if you enjoy working for a company that lies to you & makes you sit that is up to you, as far as start out pay for a driver you better check again. Off & on for 10 years, hmm they must have not been that good or you would have never went in & out the door that make you sound like you are stupid.

They own the sister outfit. Hays.
A friend of mine drove there and delivered a load of beer and sent the paperwork in. They billed and received payment for the shipment then told the driver they never got the paperwork. -

Another month on the road, and I stand by what I said last. I am a company driver, I can't say anything about leasing.
I am busy, get home when I ask, exactly to the day, and the pay is always there. Can't ask for more, can you?
They are like all other businesses. They are in business to make a profit. That's how it works.
Yes, they have their faults, like all trucking companies do. But for me, there is the one thing that counts, I get to take my dog, no question asked. That is more important to me than anything else. Kind of weird, but please don't even think of criticizing me for that, unless you lost your spouse too. My dog is what I have left, no kids, no husband, just me and the pooch.
Things have gotten way better than they were a year ago, thank God they are. They are still disorganized, scrambling to make things work, but they are getting better.
Their equipment is still decent, and at least they have the APU's. I will never get rich working here, but I am making decent money. -

First off, read post 1-47 above. I worked for Henderson 1 year from '05-'06. Did the Ca. regional 'tween Ca./Az. Loved it, took every w/e off. Originally, I lived in Sun City, Ca., then moved to Kingman, Az. Put in for and received time off every w/e. Did not wait to run out of hours. Paycheck was right on and had great dispatcher, (jeff). Even had a trailer stolen from the house (empty). Now, fast forward to 2010, things have changed over there. Still the same owners, but a lot of disgruntled drivers, I hear. But, they do have good freight lanes and length of haul. Ca. turns abound.
