I carry "emergency" food in the truck for when I can't stop or get delayed. Usually canned items like soup. Just set a can on the exhaust manifold and in 5 minutes it's too hot.

I got a roadpro lunchbox oven and a crock pot.
I got a cheap dollar store bread pan that fits great in the oven, I use it to make pillsbury biscuits to have with soup.
I make brown rice in the slow cooker, and add grilled chicken or pork that I made at home. -
I had a microwave. But I took it out and replaced with a toaster/convection oven.
