Eating and cooking in the truck? What appliances do you use?

Unless he is in a daycab, or hotshot. He should have room. It MAY require some imagination or inventedness. Back in the late 80's I had a coffin sleeper in a cabover. Still was able to build a small shelf at foot of sleeper. For the good old black and white 10 inch screen tv

You can cook in it to. Nothing to major. But it can cook burgers hot dogs. I've even seen a steak or 2 be cooked in it. Takes a while though

 

Our western stars have room for microwaves. I can fit one in my peterbilt. Not a big fan of microwaves

 

Burton, the makers of the 'original' lunch box heater, also have a digital model (about $55) that you can adjust the temperature on. I used it infrequently before I got married but the wife uses it all the time now.
