I eat truck stop food and just exercise outside the truck from spring to fall. I take a sabbatical from exercising in the winter because it gets too #### cold in the Midwest.

You can cook on any number of things. Coleman white gas stoves even. You mostly will want to cook outside if you use gas or fry. Instant pots are alright and have tons of recipes. Air fryers can cook most things. Hot plates or induction cooktop are fine too. Even a 17" Blackstone griddle. The biggest investment is time. If you're driving recap then you probably have enough since you're not working 14 hours a day. This meal took me an hour and a half from parking to having everything clean and away. That's with an on truck water pump since I'm always away from truck stops.
Honestly it's pretty hard, especially if you have anything else in the truck like a dog. Everything is time.FloridaRetired and 77fib77 Thank this. -

Quick salad, pepper, celery, tomatoes, cucumber, oil, salt pepper. With 2 eggs and some mayo. Walmart has nice egg cooker for $8 it’s electric, cooks eggs in 14 minutes.
In morning I eat tuna salad with wheat bread. Or oatmeal with nuts and dry fruits.
Lunch I try to eat soup. Walmart has good ones.Attached Files:

Wow. 3 meals a day and I would be feeling bloated and pooping 3 times a day, not to mention getting very fat.
Coffee in the morning, a light snack mid day, then a good meal at night is all I can manage to endure.FloridaRetired, hope not dumb twucker, Thrasher28 and 1 other person Thank this. -
