Best solution is to quit, find a company that actually cares enough about their drivers to give them decent enough equipment like apu, no stupid idle restriction, or fix truck correctly so battery don't drain so quickly.

If you have a clean record, and experience, you shouldn't have to put up with all this crap.

 

I used to use a gatoraid bottle and some paper to hold the throttle just enough to not trip the idle cutoff when I was back with CR England. If the company doesn’t want you to idle then they should get apus. It’s not right that companies expect drivers to sit in a truck with no ventilation.

 

Your batteries are bad. ​

Whom even changed them out didn't either change all of them at the same time with brand new batteries or did not check to see if the charging system is working right.

I have drivers who have a lot more load while sitting with the truck off, fridge, cell phone charger etc. ... and don't have dead batteries.

 

Just bite the bullet and find restaurants until you get a better truck, OP.

 

When my wife cookes meals an extra serving goes in the freezer. When I go out I put them in my Coleman ice chest- ice blocks from deep freeze. I microwave them when I am ready to eat. Breakfast and dinners for first 3 days out. I don’t trust em after that in cooler. After that it’s canned ( instant mashed potatoes, fish, simply Asia meals, etc..)and one sit down meal during the week.

Liked the other post on meal replacement. Appears to be a good one. I don't know for sure.
I do know of a meal replacement that is the best I've ever had.

I eat at Chinese Buffets alot. A person could also take out from a Chinese Buffet. Usually priced on weight for takeout.
Another thought is to go Keto. Only if you want an organized game to play to not eat.
