Companies can set what voltage must drop to before the truck starts cutting off power to optional circuits... Sounds to me like they have this set 1 or 2 tenths of a volt below the alternator power output... I'm not sure exactly how to do it on a Cascadia but you may be able to change this setting yourself if the company hasnt locked out the option... I know the cascadias that our company has the driver can change that setting themselves... But I drive a Volvo so im not sure how to do it.

This is why God invented the large cooler.
Bag of ice every couple of days, it will even keep milk.
This is also why God invented the microwave in the truck stop.
Now you have to get off of your ### and actually walk into the truckstop to use it.
You also must do the same and dump out the cooler every few days and replace the ice.
I am now psychologically and emotionally compromised from this thread. -
The guy who replaced the batteries argued his company they all had to be changed, I'm not sure what the verdict was. I've had a few shop experiences where my company won't approve a repair and they try to keep it a secret from me. Some I can spot like all the fuel injectors leaking, others like a battery issue... I can't really verify that. -
