Eaton automatic transmission shifting hard

I've got an Eaton advantage plus automatic transmission. As of late when I go into drive and it goes into 2nd gear it puts it in gear hard and when I got the gas it kinda bogs down a bit than jerks and gets into gear. It's shifting fine on all the other gears well it does the same thing into reverse as well. I've had the 2 zerks greased as well recently. Had the fluid changed as well about a month back.

 

Also it shifts harder at the end of the day going into second at start up
