    Thanks j man yea I believe I'm losing too many Rpms but I haven't floated gears but I shall see how it goes.... Gonna have to test a couple of things as the frustration is killin me.... Let ya know how it goes.

    I was searching for something else when I came upon this thread. I have been driving 13 speeds for 17 years, plus I used to shift them while a kid with my dad in the 70s. Whatever works for people, but 1, I try to always use the clutch when shifting the stick up. 2 I never pre-select a split. Going from 5th over to 6th dir, I split after I put the stick in neutral. I do that for rhythm. And 3rd, having a 12.7, unless I'm light, or going down hills, I split every gear in the high range.
