What's up guys. I'm working on installing a trans in a Cascadia. I couldn't remove it without also removing the clutch at the same time, and I installed a new clutch, pilot bearing, release fork and am putting a brand new trans in. I have about 1" left to go, and am getting hung up on something, it looks like the hydraulic release fork (which mounts at the bottom of the housing) is getting wedged between the bearing and the clutch. There's no room for it. Any tips?

Might have to move the arm up to slide behind throw out fork before sliding trans. tight.

there are three different styles of hydrolic release fork used by eaton.

With straigt fork on ball (MAN trucks, cylinder on left side of transmission), fork with servocylinder on bottom of bellhousing (Volvo) and cylinder on top.

bellhousings and all clutch parts are totally different.

So can u post a picture of your front end of transmission
