Not a good company to work for;
1) Bad equipment [keeps breaking down]
2) They treat you like you're an animal
3) Don't break down, they won't pay for motel regardless of the weather [cold or hot]
4) The log-book doesn't mean anything to them; they will stress during orientation that they want you to run legal, but the dispatchers apparently don't know what a log-book is---either that or they don't care, take a pick.
You're better off at JB Hunt, Sneider, or one of those companies; they can't be worse than ECKLUND!!!
The good;
They pay good, but you gotta put up with a lot of _ _ _ _!
I've been around the block, not a rookie [12+ yrs experience]. That's my 2cents!
