Any coding reprogram need between D12C, D12D and D13A engine ECU and injector
or can i put with other same type injector into engine? what is the result?

D12C had 2 pin Lucas and Bosh injector, D engine with old ECM too, but with new - Delphi 4 pin injectors. All D13 got Delphi injectors 2 pin and 4 pin.
All injectors are 90 V controlled
Injector application depends on software used. -
Need to do calibration after dismantle the injector from engine?

not calibration. ECM flash programs are totally different for different injectors. That's why Volvo used different ECU on D12D, old like on D12C for D12D with single solenoid injector and w/o EGR and new ECU for D12D with twin solenoid and EGR

hello Pablo, for the VOLVO FM13 d13a or new truck, which connector socket for diagnosis tools? 8 pin or OBD2

8 pin is used on all European Volvos, and 9 pin on US trucks.
Late Volvos got additional OBD-II connector. All Euro-4/5/6 got OBD-II, but 8 pin is installed too. -
Ic, so i still can use the 8 pin for truck diagnosis and calibration. then what is the OBD2 use for???
I dismantle of 6pc injector from D13A engine and send to service, after i put it back and run the engine, the engine only reach around 1000RPM, look like engine mulfunction and a bit of smoke.

OBD-II is just the legal issue with 2006 emission laws. Really Deutch 9, AMP 8 and OBD-II on volva got six pins used .... Power supply,ground, J1587/1708 and J1939.... Other truck makers use KWP2000 pin too..... To use one connnector on all trucks is legal issue. Man years ago US trucks had different connectors too.
